Customer register of KL-Lämpö Oy
The register is used for managing customer relations, customer communications and marketing.
Data relating to customer relations management.
The contact and customer data in the register consists of information received from the customer at the beginning of and during an existing customer relationship. The customer has the right to demand to have data removed.
Only KL-Lämpö Oy can access the data in the register. KL-Lämpö Oy does not disclose data in the register to external parties, except for statutory obligations. Data can be transferred outside the EU or the EEA in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
The register is a technical record in the company’s data system. The data system is fully protected, and the register is accessible only to employees whose job description entitles them to use the system containing customer data. Each user has a personal username and password for the system.
Pursuant to section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to inspect his/her personal data recorded into the register. Requests concerning this matter must be submitted in writing and duly signed to the contact person mentioned in Section 2. The personal data of the data subject will be removed and deleted from the system upon his/her request, unless the law, outstanding invoices or debt collection requires otherwise.
