The heat energy stored in the ground, bedrock or water can be utilized in the heating applications of buildings with the help of geothermal heating systems.
A non-freezing, alcohol-based heat-transfer fluid circulates in the geothermal heat pipes. The fluid warms up as it circulates, and the heat energy contained in the fluid is used by means of heat pumps for the heating of buildings and/or domestic water. A geothermal heating system can also be utilized for cooling purposes.
We supply NATURET geothermal heating fluid, manufactured by Altia Oyj, as a ready-for-use solution in containers of 18 kg, 190 kg and 900 kg. The ready-for-use solution fulfils the general frost resistance requirement (-17 °C).
